How to make a reservation

Once we received your submission form, our team of specialists will verify availability and respond in 48 hours to your online reservation. Please note that all reservations are subject to availability.
After confirming the space and pricing, an invoice will be send to the email provided for payment.
Payment can be made via credit card using PayPal payment system. No PayPal account is required to submit payment. Payment made will be apply towards the cost of your package.
Programs confirmed for Peak Season must be pay in full 72 days before arrival. Programs confirmed for High season must be pay in full 40 days before arrival. Programs confirmed for Low season must be pay in full 30 days before the arrival of the guests. Reservations are subject to availability.

Your travel documents will be send to you via email after payment in full has been receive. This email will include a copy of your daily itinerary, listing all the services provided and any other information relevant to your package. Also included in your travel documents is our travel assistance phone number to reach out to us for any questions before traveling and in while being country.
International airfare is not included in our vacation packages. We offer international airfare upon request. Please let us know if you need a quote when submitting your reservation form. Costa Rica has two international airports Juan Santamaria in San Jose (SJO) and Daniel Oduber in Liberia (LIR). It’s important that you choose your flight according to the itinerary you selected.
U.S. citizens must have a passport valid for at least 90 days after your return date, though we strongly recommend at least six months. U.S. passport holders do not need a visa to enter Costa Rica for stays up to 90 days. If you do not have a U.S. passport, you are responsible for obtaining one. We’re not responsible for the traveler not renewing or having a valid U.S. passport.
